You must successfully complete all program requirements with a minimum 2.0 grade point average in order to be considered for graduation from the College. You can review your progress toward graduation by accessing your Degree Audit Report (DARS) within your eServices帐户 (choose Academic Records, 学位审核).

You must earn a minimum of 15 credits for all associate degrees at 圣保罗书院. One third of the credits required for a 文凭 or certificate must be earned at the College.

You will have five years to complete your work under the terms of the catalog in effect at the time of your first enrollment. You must have been in attendance during the catalog year selected. If you take more than five years to complete your graduation requirements, you may follow any catalog in effect during the five-year period preceding the date of graduation.

If you have a break in attendance for one year or longer, you are encouraged to discuss your educational plans with the 学生档案办公室 for a determination on which catalogs you can apply under and would benefit you the most.

To ensure you graduate with up-to-date skills, technical credits are valid for five years or have a five-year “lifespan.” This includes transfer technical credits which are used for specific technical program requirements. Technical courses that are beyond the five-year limit may be accepted, 视货币而定, 相关性, 以及你目前的工作经历.

All outstanding matters concerning 学费, 财政援助义务, 图书馆的书, and/or any other school indebtedness must be resolved, in order to participate in 毕业典礼 and to receive your degree, 文凭, 和/或证书. 请登录您的 eServices帐户 to check for such holds (choose Courses & Registration, then Check Registration Holds).

If you borrowed from the Federal Student Loan program while attending mg电子试玩app， you are required to complete 退出贷款咨询 in your last semester of attendance. Questions about the Counseling requirement should be directed to 金融援助 在1300房间.

Exceptions to College policy will be handled through a written appeals process. Appeals should be submitted to mg电子试玩app 在1300房间 and must include:

One 毕业典礼 is held each May for 学生s who have completed their program requirements within the academic year.

Registration to participate in the 毕业典礼 will occur in the spring of 2025. All graduates who would like to participate in the 毕业典礼 must attend one of the 毕业 Sign Up Event sessions on:

• 周四, 3月27日, 2025 from 9:00am – 12:00pm and 1:00pm – 6:00pm OR Tuesday, 4月1日, 2025 from 9:00am – 12:00pm and 1:00pm – 6:00pm

学生 who graduated in Fall 2024 have applied and are on track to graduate in 2025年春季 and Summer 2025 and signed up to participate in one of the 毕业 Sign-up Events on 3月27日 or 4月1日. 学生 unable to come to campus on these dates should email 学生.life@itnasa.net.

Due to strict guidelines from our vendors, 学生s who do not register to participate by April 4 are not eligible to participate in the ceremony.

Eligible graduates must attend a 毕业 sign-up event to register to participate in the 毕业典礼. 毕业 Sign-Up Events allow Fall 2024, 2025年春季, and Summer 2025 graduates to verify their 学生 records, complete exit loan counseling if needed, 与就业服务处会面, and register for the 毕业典礼. Staff will be available to assist graduates in ordering their 帽 and gowns for the 毕业典礼 and provide important information about the ceremony. Please be sure to bring a valid ID with you.

学生 who participate in the 毕业典礼 will receive their regalia at no cost. This includes the 圣保罗书院 graduation gown, 帽, 流苏, and any honors regalia they qualify for. To secure your regalia be sure to attend a 毕业 Sign Up Event event. Graduates will pick up these items at the Roy Wilkins Auditorium on the evening of the 毕业典礼.
